Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire

Salary: up to £45,000p.a.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm 37.5 hours (2 days a week from home)

Contract Type: Full time, permanent

Our client based in Duxford, Cambridgeshire are looking for an Customer Service Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Customer Service Manager your duties will include:

* Leading a team to ensure customer satisfaction is kept at a high standard

* Upselling services where possible

* Dealing with compliance

* Monitoring KPIs

* Assisting with enhancing systems to help day to day run as smoothly and efficiently as possible

* Dealing with escalated issues

An ideal candidate for the Customer Service Manager will have:

* Strong experience as a Customer Service Manager

* IT Proficiency including CRM / ERP software

* Excellent organisation skills

* Strong communication skills, verbal & written.
