Position: Heat Pump Engineer

Example Recruitment Group is currently working with a well-established national heating contractor specialising in the local authority sector. They are currently seeking a qualified Heat Pump Engineer to cover the Leeds & York area. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance within domestic social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out servicing and maintenance work on Air Source Heat Pump systems

* Fault finding and repairs on Air Source Heat Pump systems

* Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring tenants receive excellent care

* Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records

Requirements:

* A minimum of 2 years' experience working on Heat Pump systems

* Experience in servicing and maintaining Heat Pumps, as well as strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and repair skills

* In-date ACS qualifications, including CKR1 & HTR1 (beneficial)

* F-Gas qualifications (essential)

* Full UK driving licence

* No unspent criminal convictions (DBS check to be carried out upon offer of employment)

Salary & Benefits:

* 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

* Attractive out-of-hours and overtime rates

* Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided

* Salary: £38,000 to £42,000 per year, depending on experience

* 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays

* Pension scheme
