Contracted hours- Full time, 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, first hour of travel is unpaid

Salary- £26,000 p/a (starting salary),

Our client is a leading and trusted Heating & Insulation Specialist organisation based in Llanelli, who are looking to appoint a Property Surveyor. The ideal candidate will have an opportunity to work with a team who has years of experience in the industry. About the Role

We are looking for a 'people's person' with excellent communication skills, who's eager to learn and hungry to earn above their basic salary! Previous experience not necessary as full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities will include:

Conducting detailed property surveys to assess suitability for ECO4-funded energy efficiency measures (e.g., insulation, heating systems, ventilation).

Accurately record and upload data including;

Property type, construction, and dimensions.

Heating systems and fuel types.

EEMs present.

Occupancy details (for LA Flex eligibility or PAS2035 assessments).

Take high-quality photos to support survey findings and compliance documentation.

Liaise with residents, landlords, and internal teams to explain the ECO4 process and gather any required documentation.

Use the clients digital surveying tool, Fastfield, to upload data in real-time.

Use any spare time within contracted hours to canvass potential clients (bonus available)
