The Role - Behaviour Mentor

We are currently working with a vibrant mainstream secondary school in the Camden area seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their inclusion team as soon as possible.
In this role, you will:

Work closely with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support

*

Deliver tailored one-to-one and small-group mentoring sessions

*

Assist in implementing individual behaviour plans

*

Support students in lessons to help them engage positively with learning

*

Work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and parents to ensure consistent support

The ideal candidate will remain calm under pressure, have strong de-escalation skills, and be passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning.
