NuAire, Inc. is currently seeking an International Area Sales Manager. The International Area Sales Manager provides leadership, guidance, and direction to all Area Sales Managers. Exercises discretion and independent judgment promoting NuAire products and services.
*Minimum BS or BA University / College degree.
*Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
*Training and experience in life science field helpful.
*Requires exercise of discretion and independent judgment.
*Some International Business experience a plus.
*Foreign language ability preferred.
Specific Job Knowledge
*Knowledge of sales and personnel management.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Establish sales goals for all sales representatives and distributors.
*Support marketing / sales promotional efforts to achieve objectives.
*Visit key customers and representatives / distributors to educate sales staff and customers about NuAire products.
*Maintain sales statistics by sales territory and product line and produce Sales & Marketing reports.
*Conduct sales training seminars for inside staff and sales representatives / distributors.
*Make decisions with regard to warranty disputes.
*Negotiate sales agreements with sales representatives / distributors.
*Negotiate payment terms and pricing.
*Assist with overseeing technical service function.
*Evaluate and guide launches of new products.
*Provide input to support the Vice President of Sales in long-term planning.
*Perform other duties as assigned.
*Follow all safety rules; including using all recommended personal protection equipment.
*Regular attendance and punctuality.
*Laptop / Personal Computer
*Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
*Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral
instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
