Behaviour Mentor - Tower Hamlets

Salary: £85 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Long-term

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor for a specialist school in Tower Hamlets. You will support students with SEMH and behavioural challenges, helping them engage in learning and develop positive behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

Support individual pupils and small groups with behaviour management.

Build positive, trusting relationships with students.

Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams.

Promote emotional regulation and resilience.

Requirements:

Previous SEMH or behaviour support experience desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Resilient, patient, and empathetic.
