You will be responsible of the following:

· Winning AV Design and Installation Sales Business along alongside developing Maintenance Contracts

· Taking responsibility for all installation project work from the initial enquiry through to completion

· Build successful customer relationships and developing incremental sales growth

· Responding to clients in a timely manner, carrying out site surveys and ensuring the customer is always kept informed

· Building proposals - Using the company's marketing material to compile your own sales proposals whilst building a sustainable pipeline of prospects

· Navigating the client through all stages of the solution

· Achieving your personal sales turnover, gross profit targets

· Liaising with your colleagues and suppliers to ensure the highest level of service

Skills and Experience:

· Genuine interest/experience of AV essential

· Proven experience in new business sales and account management

· A commercial acumen for achieving the required gross margin and awareness of how to get the best out of our suppliers by purchasing effectively

· Solution driven with the ability to implement new and innovative technical ideas

· Self-motivated and proactive

· Able to manage the sales process including generating leads, bidding for new work and developing effective supply solutions

· Have excellent negotiation skills

· Passionate about audio visual solutions with an enthusiastic “can do” approach

· Hold an appropriate driving licence

· Proven track record in negotiating and ultimately securing new business on a regular basis
