As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our guest rooms and public areas. You will support the Housekeeping Manager in leading the team, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team during daily operations
Conduct room inspections to ensure brand standards are met
Assist in training and supporting team members
Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues
Maintain stock levels and ensure equipment is well cared for
Uphold health & safety and hygiene standards at all times
Salary: £31,490 p/a + service charge
