Key duties of the role: Teaching KS3 and KS4 Science, delivering engaging lessons, monitoring student progress, and contributing to a dynamic department. 
The Role
In this role, you will teach Science at Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to engage with the subject and reach their full potential. You will plan and deliver lessons using a range of teaching strategies and resources, while regularly assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback. You will also contribute to extra-curricular Science activities and help students achieve high standards across a variety of topics.
 
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and dedicated Science ECT, with strong subject knowledge in the sciences and a commitment to developing effective teaching practices. You must be on track to achieve QTS by July 2025 and have excellent communication skills. The school is looking for someone who is enthusiastic about their subject, proactive in seeking professional development, and able to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
