Generator fleet reliability, uptime, and serviceability
• Delivery of all planned preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown response
• Day-to-day leadership of the service, technical support, and field engineering function
• Consistent service standards, processes, and performance across all depots
• Effective management of service performance, reporting, escalations, and continuous improvement
• Producing, reviewing, and improving RAMS for service activities, and ensuring they are implemented across the engineering team
