Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

-          To build business through recognizing prospects and selling to them

-          To maintain relationships with existing and new clients

Job Duties:

-          Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase through closure

-          Research and analyze sales options and identify business opportunities

-          Serve as a point of contact for customers and answer their service related queries in person, via email, and on the phone

-          Reach or exceed weekly sales target

-          Generate referral business by mining existing clientele

-          Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners, and customers

-          Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral suitable for target market

-          Research about different sales options and analyze them for use within our company

-          To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results

-          Record sales information and maintain customers’ records

-          Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information

-          Review self-sales performance with a view to improve it

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-          Five years of office experience or a combination of education and/or experience to total five years

-          Demonstrated experience communicating orally and in writing

-          Experience writing clear, concise letters or e-mail messages with accurate spelling, punctuation, and grammar

-          Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven persuasive power

-          First-rate computer skills, telephone etiquette, and work ethic

-          The ability to sell products/services to businesses, community leaders, and individuals in North Alabama in a meeting setting or at networking events

-          The ability to handle customers efficiently and professionally

-          Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management, and task prioritization skills

-          Proven ability to work under pressure on strict deadlines

-          Goal and results-driven, with exceptional customer service qualities

-          Exceptional selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation skills
