Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage budgets effectively.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and industry regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and cost efficiency.
- Provide financial insights to support property-related investments and projects.
- Lead the forecasting process and manage variance analysis.

Profile
A successful Group Finance Manager should have:
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the property sector or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
- Previous experience in commercial finance.
- Understanding/previous experience in a large corporation.
- Excellent communication skills to present financial insights clearly.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
- A proactive approach to identifying and driving improvements in financial processes.
