A well-established logistics company is currently seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives to join their team based in Alconbury Hill, Huntingdon. This is a long-term opportunity with real potential for career progression.

Key Details:

Basic hourly rate: £12.21

Overtime rate: £15.26

Free on-site parking

Long-term position with potential for permanent placement

Promotion to Team Leader available after 12 weeks for the right candidate

Working Pattern:

4 on / 4 off shift rota

*

Working hours: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

*

Flexibility with working hours is required

Duties Include:

Picking and packing stock accurately

*

Scanning products and processing orders

*

Maintaining health and safety standards

*

Working as part of a fast-paced warehouse team

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is essential

Must have access to your own transport due to the site location

Ability to work long shifts and handle physical tasks

*

Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player
