Job Responsibilities/Objectives
1.Contribute to Access Control transformation and run the bank roadmap
2.Deliver initiatives on time and to a high standard
3.Support a high-performing DevOps capability
4.Build strong relationships across business and technology teams

Required Skills/Experience
1.Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technology Manager
2.Strong background in Agile delivery and DevOps
3.Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes
4.Knowledge of Protective Security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Detection, PSIM)

Desirable Skills/Experience
1.Experience with cloud-based SaaS/PaaS solutions
2.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
3.Budget management and financial oversight experience
4.Experience working in regulated industries (ideally Financial Services)
