360 IT Recruitment Consultant - Sales Professionals Wanted
Location: Reading | Full-Time | £25,000-£27,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40k+)

We're expanding our team in Reading and are looking for ambitious salespeople to make the move into 360 IT recruitment role . You'll have the autonomy to build your own desk, develop long-term client relationships, and earn uncapped commission from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing the full 360 recruitment process - from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement

Building your own client base in the high-growth IT and tech sector

*

Developing lasting relationships with both clients and candidates

*

Hitting (and exceeding!) targets with full support from a collaborative team

What You'll Bring:

A proven track record in a B2B or B2C sales environment
