Oakbank Care Home is a well established care home in Crieff, providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Palliative and Respite care for up to 70 residents. With a strong, supportive team and a focus on high standards of care, the home offers a positive working environment where staff feel valued and supported in their roles.

Registered Nurse - Days

  • £21.36 per hour
  • 33.75 hours per week
  • Pension, Paid PVG, Paid NMC registration, Uniform provided
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract

Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, effective and person centred clinical care, ensuring the wellbeing, dignity and comfort of residents at all times. You will administer medication, carry out clinical assessments, monitor residents' health and respond promptly to any changes in condition.

You will work closely with the wider team to support and guide Care Assistants, maintain accurate care documentation and liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Your clinical knowledge and leadership will help create a calm, safe and supportive environment within the home.

What We Are Looking For

  •  Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC PIN
  •  Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to high standards of care
  •  Ability to lead and support a team effectively
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Calm, compassionate and professional approach
