We are recruiting for a long term SEN Teaching Assistant position with the potential to go permanent at a mainstream secondary school in Wolverhampton. The role is full-time and starts in December 2025 until July 2026. Your Role

Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with a range of SEN needs

Assist in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons

*

Adapt learning materials and strategies to suit individual learners

*

Promote independence, confidence, and active participation in the classroom

*

Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent and effective support

About You

*

Graduate or soon-to-be graduate (all subject areas welcome)

*

Previous experience supporting young people with SEN is advantageous but not essential

*

Empathetic, patient, and committed to making a difference

*

Strong communicator and team player with a proactive approach to learning and development
