Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for a Property Portfolio Manager to work for an established client of ours based within the Bath area.

Location: Bath
Hours: Part-time (30 hours/week)
Salary: £30,400 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Travel: Required within the region - driving license and own car is essential

Responsibilities

Lead of search and acquisition of new properties in line with our service needs.
Negotiate the best leasing contracts.
Undertake market research in support of bid development for new accommodation-based services.
Work closely with internal teams, such as IT, Finance, Fundraising, Marketing and Business Development.Person Specification

Excellent relationship building and management skills with a track record of stewarding landlord relationships.
Knowledge and expertise of the housing sector.
Experience securing commercial and domestic properties through leasing and purchase.
