Day-to-day of the role: - Work primarily across Key Stage 2, leading and covering whole class teaching.
- Be part of a school community where children are enthusiastic about learning, staff are committed to excellence, and high expectations are matched with high levels of support.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
- Support teaching and learning with a proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach.
- Uphold a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - HLTA qualification.
- Proven experience of leading and covering whole class teaching.
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and the National Curriculum.
- A track record of raising standards, particularly in challenging environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Adaptability, resilience, and a can-do attitude.
