The Role

We are working with Secondary Schools in the County Durham area seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals aspiring to become teachers. This role is perfect for graduates, career changers, or anyone passionate about education, providing an excellent foundation for future teacher training.

As an Aspiring Science Teacher - Cover Supervisor, you will:

Lead and manage a classroom in the absence of the teacher.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons across different subjects (no planning required!).
Engage and support students, ensuring a positive learning environment.
Develop key teaching skills, such as behaviour management and lesson delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience before pursuing teacher training, with full training provided to prepare you for success in the classroom!
