Job Title: Private Client Solicitor

Salary: Up to £51,500 + performance-related bonus

You'll be stepping into a team with a strong reputation across wills, powers of attorney, executries, trusts, and inheritance tax planning. Key Responsibilities:

* Advising clients on wills, powers of attorney, guardianships, and estate planning

* Managing executry and trust administration from start to finish

* Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning

* Building strong client relationships and providing clear, compassionate advice

* Supporting business development and contributing to the team's ongoing growth

Requirements:

* Qualified Solicitor in Scotland (NQ+ considered, ideally with 1-3 years' PQE in Private Client work)

* Experience with executries, wills, and general private client advisory work

* STEP qualification or intention to work towards it (supported by the firm)

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills - empathy is key in this role

* Proactive, organised, and client-focused mindset
