Their team is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to their clients, and they are looking for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview: As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload of property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, boundary disputes, lease renewals, and more. You will work closely with clients, providing expert legal advice and representing them in court when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters
• Advising clients on a range of property disputes
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Representing clients in court and at tribunals
• Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes amicably
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in property litigation
• Strong knowledge of property law and litigation procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive and client-focused approach
