Job Opportunity: Business Purchaser

Location: Doncaster DN9

Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Pay: 32k-36k / per annum

Are you an organized, proactive professional with a passion for procurement and inventory management? We're looking for a Business Purchaser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced store environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the assembly of agricultural machinery through efficient stock coordination and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage stock control and purchasing operations to ensure product availability in a busy store environment
- Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet production schedules and customer demands
-Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of parts and materials
- Support the assembly of agricultural machinery by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time
- Monitor stock movement, usage trends, and forecast purchasing needs
- Work closely with the production and sales teams to align stock levels with operational requirements

About You:

Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management (preferably in manufacturing, retail, or agricultural sectors)

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
