Trafficking & Exploitation Survivors' Service (TESS)

Location: Scotland
Contract: Fixed term until 1 December 2026 (with potential to be extended or made permanent)
Salary: £45,643k

Role Summary:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead the Trafficking and Exploitation Survivors' Service (TESS) in Scotland. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring contractual compliance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality support to vulnerable clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee operational management of TESS services in line with contractual and legal requirements.

* Line manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring effective workload allocation.

* Act as primary contact for stakeholder engagement, including Scottish Government, Police Scotland, NGOs, and local authorities.

* Lead on safeguarding, incident management, and health and safety compliance.

* Manage reporting, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

* Drive service KPIs and continuous improvement, incorporating client feedback and co-production activities.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a people management role.

* Background in social care, supporting clients with complex needs.

* Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive situations professionally.

* Good IT skills (MS Office and CRM systems).

* Flexibility to travel and participate in on-call rota.

Special Requirements:

* PVG background check required - This can be completed for you.

* Willingness to work occasional unsocial hours and travel across Scotland and the UK.
