Are you a Mechanical OR Electrical Site Manager or Project Engineer looking for a new challenge for 2026? Would you like to take your skills and have your first role working for a main contractor?

I seek an Assistant Building Services Manager who is looking for career progression and to work for a main contractor. My client is established, successful and an award winning who work with major blue chip companies they have long standing relationships with.

You will be provided with full training internally and externally and learn all aspects of M&E across a main contractor. Hence you will gain experience both pre-construction and managing projects.

This is an exciting position and the successful candidate will play a major role within the M&E Building Services division for this main contractor. You will have the chance to deliver exciting build projects and take your career to the next level
