Work Pattern: 37.5 hours (9am - 5pm) with 1 in 4 weekend shifts

Salary: £27,738.28 per annum

Job Overview

We are looking for a Supported Housing Worker with the potential to become a Team Leader to help run a support service supporting young people from 16 - 24 years in supported accommodation.
