Iris is looking for a Client Partner – Enterprise Services (Mfg, Life Sciences, CPG, Retail OR Medical Devices) and also Account Manager for Major Life Sciences Account. This is a critical, high-visibility role responsible for capturing significant growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability in this business space. Candidate will be working across the Life Science offerings and will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the activities of Sales team to help us achieve our growth plans. This leader will guide the commercial strategy for this business; assisting in identifying customer needs, contributing to the sale offerings, guiding the development of market-leading solutions, driving revenue growth through a team of Client partners, Account Managers and Business Development Executives, while personally serving as the executive sponsor to the largest clients and recruiting additional commercial talent into the business. While operational leadership is important, Iris expects this leader will have a strong market-facing focus, shaping strategy with clients, bolstering the account leadership and sales teams, and staying abreast of critical themes and trends in the market to shape strategy & offerings. Responsibilities: Specific job responsibilities of Client Partner - for enterprise division would include: Provide thought leadership in sales approaches and process. Inspire shared, organization-wide vision into sales team MUST come from an IT Solutions Consulting company background, selling IT Solutions to end clients and/or Staffing Sales. Develop and execute strategic plan to expand existing clients. Identify new LOBS/Divisions in existing a/cs. Develop new services and new engagement models. Develop and implement a short and long-term sales strategy to grow and service new business while retaining valued customers. Planning and forecasting the future budget numbers. Annual planning - Targets. Construct a road map in future planning in terms of book of business and translate the vison in to action items and draw the investments that have to be made. Understand and effectively sell Iris capabilities to deliver value and address customer needs – and guide the refinement of these capabilities, and development of new offerings, to address emerging customer needs. Close interaction with the Practice, presales and delivery teams to ensure that its goals, structure and processes are fully aligned with the sales strategy. Develop and ensure best practices to create a highly efficient sales organization. Very strong customer orientation (with both customer’s business and technology folks) and interpersonal skills Proven track record in achieving revenue and GM target. Leadership Skills requirement Proven ability to assemble, develop, inspire, motivate and retain top talent; a team-builder who enables/encourages the highest level of individual and group performance. The ability to lead, motivate and manage a team of sales professionals. Demonstrated track-record of developing and maintaining a transparent and effective relationship with fellow executive team members An excellent listener, who is tough-minded and will offer critical review, but with a strong sense of partnership; he or she will give pragmatic and direct guidance/feedback and will share examples of applied methodology to help solve business problems Thoughtful executive who is both collaborative and collegial in his/her approach Ethical and low-ego; engenders confidence and trust, while also garnering respect and credibility Other Requirement: Bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus. Overall experience in IT sales of 10-15 years, including Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical Devices, MFG, Retail or CPG. Experience in managing delivery is a plus. Will look at Staffing sales. Compensation Industry leading compensation which would include a Base, Commissions, P&L linked bonus and benefits package. Location The position is based out of the Corporate HQ of Iris in Edison, NJ. Compensation Band Our attractive compensation plan includes base salary plus commissions.
