Role Overview

You’ll lead the delivery of our most complex live event productions—bringing together lighting, audio, and video to create seamless, high-quality experiences. With at least six years of client-facing lighting design and systems experience, you’ll ensure every project reflects our values of creativity, passion, and excellence.

What You’ll Do

As our lighting specialist, you’ll integrate creative design elements across varied projects and mentor others to achieve the same high standards. You’ll also bring a solid understanding of related technical disciplines and a willingness to keep expanding your knowledge.

Confident and client-focused, you’ll translate briefs into smart, creative, and commercially sound solutions. As a technical leader, you’ll guide teams from concept to delivery, maintain strong communication across departments, and help develop talent within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships through clear and proactive communication.
• Analyse briefs, ask insightful questions, and provide expert recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to shape creative, technically robust responses.
• Produce accurate proposals and refine briefs to ensure outstanding results.
• Lead and motivate technical teams across multiple projects.
• Create equipment specs and technical documentation.
• Oversee onsite delivery and coordinate all technical departments.
• Provide constructive feedback and support skill development.
• Stay adaptable to changing requirements while keeping teams aligned.
