Key responsibilities:
You will be archiving documentation ready to be sent out for scanning.
You will be responsible for the maintenance of scanned archive systems.
You will be qualifying inbound calls.
You will be confirming client's details and correctly inputting the correct data.
You will be organising files.
You will be dealing with queries from staff .
You will be responsible for general taks and ordering around the Edinburgh office.
You will be dealing with Consultants across 4 different offices for various tasks.
You will be involved formatting resumes and dealing with confidential information.
You will be proofreading and prepare documentations.
You will be conducting data entry onto Excel Spreadsheet.
