Lecturer in Functional Skills 2 posts 37 hours x 52 weeks Salary Information for Lecturing Staff Unqualified Range scale points 15-21 (£19,460 - £23,114) Qualified Range scale points 23-31 (£24,521- £31,026) The Sheffield College We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic individual to join:
•Faculty of Engineering, Construction and Computing Technologies
•Faculty of Health and Science The post includes the delivery of Entry 1- Level 2 Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT. Cohorts include full time learners and apprentices within the faculty. This will include work-based delivery within the South Yorkshire region. The successful candidate should hold a teaching qualification and a relevant degree. Recent Post-16 teaching experience would be an advantage but newly qualified teachers with appropriate teaching practice experience will also be ;It is also essential to have good ICT skills with the ability to develop the use of VLEs. You will also be an effective team player, be flexible and willing to take on new teaching challenges as new opportunities arise. Benefits:
