Key Responsibilities

Managing and developing a busy recruitment desk

Building strong relationships with new and existing clients

Winning new business and growing your market presence

*

Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates

*

Delivering a high level of service to both clients and candidates

Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (essential)

*

Background in industrial or driving recruitment is ideal, but other sectors will be considered

*

Strong billing track record and business development skills

*

Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
