Limewood Care Home is a purpose built service in Stafford, providing specialist dementia, nursing and respite care for 59 residents. The home offers a structured and supportive environment for individuals with complex health needs, combining clinical expertise with a strong focus on dignity, wellbeing and person centred care.

Bank Registered Nurse RGN or RMN

• £22.73 per hour
• Bank contract with flexible day and night shifts
• Pension, paid DBS, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview
As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will deliver high quality clinical care within a specialist environment, supporting residents with complex needs. You will work flexibly across shifts, ensuring safe, effective and person centred care is maintained at all times.

You will be responsible for clinical assessments, care planning, medication management and monitoring residents' physical and mental health needs. You will respond appropriately to changes in condition, ensuring timely and professional clinical decision making.

You will lead shifts when required, supporting and guiding the care team while maintaining accurate records and clear communication. Working closely with families and healthcare professionals, you will contribute to a safe, stable and supportive environment for residents.

What We Are Looking For

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• A calm, compassionate and professional approach
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in dementia or complex care is desirable but not essential
