What You'll Do

As a Junior IT Recruitment Consultant, you'll dive into the dynamic world of tech talent acquisition, working closely with senior consultants to source, screen, and place candidates for a variety of IT roles.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to identify top talent
• Conducting candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and fit
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
• Assisting with administrative tasks to support the recruitment process

Who You Are - We're looking for someone who is:

• Minimum 6 months Telephone Sales experience (ideally Recruitment, but other sectors considered)
• Passionate about Technology and eager to learn about IT recruitment
• Personable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Perfect English (written & oral) is essential
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who is committed to delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients alike
