Our client is looking to expand it's workforce with an experienced operative; working Monday to Thursday, 6am to 6pm daily. You must have a current and in date Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence

Key duties are:

Operating all components of the recycling plant and machinery

● Producing products to the client's specifications on the PET hot wash recycling production line.

● Handling/loading raw materials into the plant for processing and handling/unloading finished products.

● Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, or pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.

● Ensure material supply for machinery are maintained and topped up.

● Maximising production output during shift.

● Carry out quality checks and report to the Shift/Production Manager/Supervisor, any concerns or doubts relating to specification or machinery performance.

● Removal and segregation of scrap products

● Perform production related inventory management tasks.

● Loading and unloading shipments in containers, curtain sided wagons etc.; ensuring items are handled with care.

● Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health, safety and operational standards.

● Perform routine operational checks and accurately record checks completed. ● Lifting and manual handling required.

● Perform basic electronic data entry

● Assist engineers and managers with any and all task and responsibility as assigned.

● Complete handover to next shift.
