Job Title: Finance Manager
Salary: £50,000
Location: Manchester

An ambitious and fast-growing business based in the Northwest is looking for a Finance Manager to lead and develop their finance team during an exciting period of transformation. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, strong processes, and team leadership and who takes real pride in doing things properly.
You'll be responsible for end-to-end management accounts, leading a finance team, and acting as the bridge between finance and the wider business  particularly the sales function. You'll also take ownership of embedding high standards across reporting, controls, and internal communication.

Working closely with the Group Finance Director, you'll help drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role also has the potential to include oversight of sales administration/support, so a flexible, solutions-focused mindset is key.

What you'll need:

A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
Strong experience producing management accounts
Proven background in managing or mentoring finance teams
A commercial approach with the ability to build relationships across departments
High standards when it comes to accuracy, deadlines, and processes
A confident communicator who isn't afraid to challenge when needed
Previous SME experience is highly desirable What's in it for you:
