The role:

Lead and inspire the nursing team

Oversee ward operations, staffing, and resources

Work closely with the MDT to deliver personalised care

What we're looking for:

NMC-registered nurse

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in mental health or secure care

Compassion, resilience, and a commitment to best practice
