We are currently recruiting for an experienced Damp & Mould Surveyor to join a newly established specialist damp and mould team working within the housing sector.

* Loughborough, Leicestershire - Southfield Road, LE11 2TU

* £23.00 per hour

* Start ASAP

* 1 Day Office / 4 Days On Site

* Own Vehicle Required

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out damp and mould surveys across residential properties

* Diagnose and identify causes of damp and mould issues

* Specify required remedial works and produce clear reports

* Manage remedial works through to completion using in-house teams and external contractors

* Take protimeter readings and record humidity levels during property inspections

* Ensure works are completed in line with housing standards and legislation

Essential Requirements:

* Proven experience conducting damp and mould surveys

* Strong knowledge of Awaab's Law and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS)

* Ability to confidently identify, diagnose, and recommend solutions for damp and mould problems

* Experience using protimeter equipment to take moisture readings

* Experience managing works through contractors and internal teams

* Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
