Senior Quantity Surveyor - Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor required Due to expansion of services and client workload.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the friendly and dedicated Team and be based out of our clients head office in North Lanarkshire

Dayshift - Monday - Friday (flexibility with hybrid working)

Salary - Competitive rates paid (Depending on experience)

About the individual :

· Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor (minimum 2 years post qualification experience)
· Steel background desirable but not essential
· Specialist sub-contracting experience desirable
· NEC3/4 Contract understanding and use
· Ability to review and negotiate contract terms and conditions
· Contract / project management ability
· Commercial acumen, pre and post contract
· Change control management
· Project cost value reconciliation, risk management
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
· Good communication skills and the ability to work well with both internal and external stakeholders
· Driving License for site visits
