BDS are currently working with a national social justice charity to recruit a Learning and Development Coordinator to work with the Birmingham area.
As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the analysis, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning and development programs and pathways that enhance individuals' competence and capability
Key Responsibilities;
Assist in integrating and maintaining effective L&D processes, procedures, and policies
Oversee e-learning content creation and updates
Compile, produce, and distribute accurate and timely L&D reports
Support the onboarding of new joiners by guiding them through mandatory training requirements and helping them access relevant development opportunities.
Ensure all L&D-related information, guidance, and resources are accurate and up-to-date
You will have;
Significant experience in instructional design, adult learning, and skills acquisition.
Working knowledge of competency frameworks, learning needs analysis and programme design
Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS), including optimisation and user support.
Experience leading an L&D function or team in a dynamic environment
Based in B3 area
This role is Full time 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday (2 days in the office, 3 at home)
Payrate - £15.13 p/h PAYE or £19.97 p/h UMB
Temp ongoing initially.
