Location: Worcester

annual Salary: Up to £46,000

Hours: 40h week, Monday to Friday

Our client is looking for a talented and efficient Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator / VDA to join a leading accident repair centre. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, producing high-quality assessments and contributing to team success.

Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre
Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications for a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator / VDA: 

Essential

Served a recognised apprenticeship as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator / VDA
Technical qualification (NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ)
Previous experience in a busy bodyshop environment
Self-motivated with a drive to earn bonus hours
Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques using Audatex
ATA qualified
Desirable
