Finance Business Partner

Location: Banbury (Hybrid) Rate:£40 per hour Contract: 6 months

About the Role

Morson are recruiting on behalf of Safran Actuation Systems for a Finance Business Partner to join their Banbury site.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, this is a key role within a £30m+ advanced composites manufacturing business. You will act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, delivering clear financial insight to support decision-making, drive performance, and promote a cost-conscious, continuous improvement culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end reporting with clear analysis against forecast and budget 
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and longer-term financial plans
• Partner with site leadership to provide commercial insight and challenge
• Support business cases and capital investment decisions
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance
• Drive continuous improvement across finance and the wider business
• Build effective stakeholder relationships and support decision-making

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong business partnering experience, ideally within manufacturing or engineering
• Commercially focused with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Confident communicator with strong analytical capability
