Salary: £50k-£60k

Romax Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join a growing team covering Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Mobile Plant Fitter who enjoys working independently in a field-based role, delivering high-quality service directly on-site.

As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of machinery including excavators, shovels, dumpers and telehandlers. This role suits a proactive Mobile Plant Fitter who is confident with diagnostics, repairs and major mechanical work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on various mobile plant equipment

* Complete computer-based diagnostics and fault finding

* Perform major overhauls and mechanical rebuilds when required

* Work independently using your own initiative

* Maintain accurate service records and reports

Requirements:

* City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in Construction Machinery Maintenance & Repair (or similar)

* Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge

* Experience working as a Mobile Plant Fitter

* Full UK driving licence

* Excellent problem-solving skills and strong work ethic
