Meraki Consulting Group is seeking Customer Service Sales and Marketing Representatives who want to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This job involves in person sales to business owners. This position offers a performance-based compensation structure.

  • Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.

  • One on one sales based interaction with small business owners.

  • Answer questions independent of decision-support tools.

  • Solve problems that are generally unstructured and require extensive use of conceptual thinking skills.

  • Offer solutions to issues that are typically non-standard/non-routine and require extensive clarification.

  • Maintain broad and in-depth knowledge of client products and services.

Candidate Profile:

  • Knowledge of basic computer operations

  • Willingness to work shifts, as needed

  • Ability to learn

  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation

  • Dependable with proficient attention to detail

  • Good listening and responding skills

  • Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Meraki is part of a large network of privately owned marketing firms that span across the country. The collective effort of our firms results in hundreds of millions of revenue dollars on an annual basis. Our home office in Los Angeles wowed our client and continues to grow which is why we were asked to represent our client across the nation.
