The Role As a key member of the Customer Services team, you'll be the first point of contact for retail partners—handling inbound calls, processing orders, and resolving queries efficiently and professionally. Answer inbound calls regarding orders and general enquiries
Process customer orders 
Issue invoices, order acknowledgements, and manage admin tasks
Liaise with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery
