Job Description

Reporting into the Director of Marketing, the Ecommerce Program Manager will oversee all customer facing elements of Highline’s ecommerce platform while working closely with the Highline IT team overseeing and managing all aspects of the Ecommerce site.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Understand and optimize paths with the goal of increasing sales, profit & conversion
  • Effectively and dynamically showcase products on Highline’s Ecommerce platform leveraging the
  • established promotional calendar for the business to drive product awareness and sales
  • Maintain core understanding of traffic driving programs & key performance indicators by channel
  • including SEM, SEO, social, affiliates, display and email marketing
  • Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly business analysis for sales, marketing and leadership
  • evaluating KPIs defined by the business while identifying other critical items for measurement of
  • performance
  • Manage all front-end and back-end website development
  • Manage feeds, implementing tags and other technical integrations for third-party partner
  • Develop and present regular competitive analysis and audits of eCommerce UX best practices and
  • convert analysis into groundbreaking insights and new ideas for the team
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in all relevant aspects of digital technology and
  • understand the ROI, cost implication, and implementation strategy before proposing solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in eCommerce/digital Marketing projects and the delivery of solutions with
  • and technical components
  • High-level understanding of inventory, merchandising, and marketing planning partnership
