Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Quality Control Operative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct hourly checks and inspections on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products.

Perform label checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Monitor and record air temperatures throughout production processes.

Calibrate scales and probes to ensure accurate measurements.

Collect samples for laboratory analysis as needed.

Conduct equine testing.

Perform various low-level audits, such as black bag audits, with tasks subject to change based on business needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

Basic HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) knowledge.

Basic PC skills.

Health & Safety Awareness.

Any additional relevant training would be advantageous.
