Radius is seeking an experienced MEP Senior Project Manager Lead to join a busy team in one of the world's largest Data Centres in London.

Base Salary+£15K Bonus+10% pension+£10K car/Travel Al+PMI

Must have experience with a critical environments.

Plan, control, and co-ordinate the delivery of Business As Usual engineering and construction projects for data centre related works to meet required time, cost, quality, value, risk, safety and environmental parameters. (up to £5m).

Act as Employers Representative for major new build/refurbishment engineering and construction projects to ensure that all Business requirements are achieved.

Manage communication with all project stakeholders, customers, suppliers and contractors and maintain teamwork.

* Master Programme - In conjunction with the Director of Development and Construction and Project Director assist with the development of a Master Programme for BAU project work.

* Due Diligence - Assist with organising and/or carrying out due diligence on properties and land acquisitions.

1. Project

* Project Brief - Work with in-house and/or external teams to develop a detailed project brief covering all aspects of the works.

* Project Execution Plan - Comply with all policies and procedures in connection with project delivery including administration of Access Requests, RAMS approvals and permits to work.

* Health & Safety - Recognise project and campus Health & Safety risks and actively assist with reporting, eliminating, or mitigating risks. Report any accidents, incidents or near misses in accordance with Company Policy.

* Resource - Recognise the need for specialist project resource and seek approval for procurement activity. Organise and manage resources efficiently and effectively for project delivery.

* Project Programme - Develop detailed target project programmes and review progress against target. Escalate any issues.

* Cost Monitoring - In conjunction with in-house and/or external cost managers, monitor the development of a detailed project budgets. Participate in seeking funding approval as required. Monitor expenditure against budget. Escalate any issues.

* Design Management - Engage with in-house and/or external design teams and monitor the development of designs. Seek authorisation of design proposals at key work stages. Review and challenge the design as required.

* Energy & Environment - Actively consider the energy efficiency and environmental impact of the project. In conjunction with in-house and/or external teams prepare energy and environment reports to maintain compliance with legislations and ISO accreditations.

* Procurement - Assist with procuring design teams, plant & equipment, and contractors. Check tender documentation released for completeness. Administer tender clarifications and assist with tender evaluations and recommendations. Support negotiations on contract terms and conditions and compiling contracts.

* Risk Management - Prepare and maintain a project risk register.

* Change Control - Implement formal change control processes for any change to time, cost, or scope. Seek approval for the change prior to implementation. Escalate any issues.

* Contract Administration - Administer consultant and construction contracts in accordance with the terms of the contracts entered into. Escalate any issues.

* Testing & Commissioning- In conjunction with in-house and/or external engineers monitor the production of the Testing & Commissioning plan. Organise attendances at testing and commissioning activities, record defects/anomalies, and ensure matters are resolved.

* Section/Practical Completion - Administer Section/Practical Completion of the Works including recording snags, defects and outstanding items. Ensure timely completion of all project handover documentation.

* Handover - Ensure seamless handover of the works to the Building Operations teams, including organisation of training and participating in handover meetings as appropriate. Administer the Defects Liability period.

1. Administration

* Project Communication & Reporting - Organise, chair and minute regular progress meetings. Prepare status reports. Maintain teamwork. Escalate issues.

* Business Communication & Reporting - Prepare and present reports and presentations on project status, issues and progress.

* Accounts - Raise Purchase Request Forms (PRF's) and monitor approvals for the release of Purchase Orders (PO) on the deployed accounting system (currently Coupa). Liaise frequently with Procurement and Accounting teams to expedite matters and/or resolve issues.

* Document Management - Fully utilise the deployed document management system relating to Projects (currently ASite)
