🌈 Role Responsibilities:

Facilitate outdoor activities including gardening, forest school, sensory play, and physical development

Support emotional regulation and social communication through nature-led approaches

Assist class teachers in delivering a creative curriculum inside and outside the classroom

Help pupils build confidence, engagement, and communication skills

🙌 Who This Role Would Suit:

Someone with a love for the outdoors, wellbeing, and learning through movement

Experience in childcare, outdoor education, or creative arts is a bonus

Enthusiastic, physically active, and comfortable working in all weathers!
