Job Description

IMPO International is a brand management and distribution company that brings top healthcare and well-being brands to market. With its head office in South Africa, you will be part of the newly formed international sales office in London. Due to rapid growth over recent years and with plans to continue this trend further and for it to become an integral part of the company's success, we are looking for a fresh, energetic, and passionate e-Commerce Manager to take over and develop all online activities of the business on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

* Working with design team and director to develop the company's direct to consumer site.

* Management of all online platforms including Amazon, eBay and the company's own site.

* Devise and deliver eCommerce growth roadmap to support business plans and deliver on initiatives through day-to-day operations across sites.

* Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices including ensuring we have the right technologies, integrated efficiently with other internal platforms, to deliver growth.

* Optimising listings to increase sales conversion, maximising sales and opportunities.

* Creating Amazon and Google PPC campaigns, Google Analytics and reporting for ecommerce KPIs.

* Expanding the product portfolio in accordance with growth plans and sale targets.

* Plan, design & create email campaigns and initialise targeted email marketing campaigns in-line with company sales strategy.

* Forecasting of stock, best sellers and trend analysis.

* Controlling stock levels and replenishing stock.

* Ensuring all clients receive the best customer service at all time.

* Respond to all email, phone and online chat leads immediately.

* Organising courier deliveries for direct online sales and handling warehouse picking- packing process.

Preferred Requirements:

* At least 3 years of experience within a similar e-commerce and marketing role.

* Previous experience working with Amazon and other online channels (Ideally Shopify).

* Outstanding analytical skills with experience interpreting results and drawing conclusions.

* Experience in driving traffic through SEO and PPC strategies.

* Understanding of social media marketing/ads on Facebook, twitter & Instagram.

* End to end project management experience.

* Creative eye with excellent working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop / or any other graphic designing software.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel

* Experience in data analysis and reporting

* A keen interest in current IT trends, strong attention to detail and ability to contribute ideas and get the job done.

* Ability to organise, plan and prioritise workload.

* A creative, ambitious, and highly motivated individual, who uses their own initiative and is ready to make a big impact, working within a small and agile team.
