We are on looking for a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operative to join our team in Northampton, NN7, with immediate start.This is a temporary role, but could lead to an on going position for the right candidate, and it is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse and MHE skills.?? Shift pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:00-16:00?? Pay Rate: £12.52/hour, with paid breaks.Overtime available midweek and one Saturday per month.Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, loading, and unloading goods using RF scanners
• Operating dock-level bay doors
• Communicating effectively with delivery drivers
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Certification in Reach Truck, Counterbalance and experience with T20
• Strong communication skills and a good level of English
• A professional, reliable, and hard-working attitude
